Dr. Shahrooz Bozorgi

DDS / Diplomate of the American Board of Oral Implantology

Dr. Shah is a Diplomate of the American Board of Oral Implantology (ABOI) and has been recognized as one of the leading worldwide experts in implant care.

He is a Fellow of the American Academy of Implant Dentistry.

Dr. Shah is one of the few dentists in British Columbia certified as a Level II sedation dentist, the highest sedation level for GPs.

Dr. Shah achieved his aspiration of joining the dental profession in 1995 by obtaining his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree (DDS). Following several years in general practice, he developed a keen interest in oral surgeries, implants, and orthodontic procedures. A distinguished alumnus of Dalhousie Dental School,

Dr. Shah further pursued a series of advanced postgraduate programs to enhance his dentistry expertise.

He is a graduate of prestigious institutions, including the Misch International Implant Institute, the Maxicourse by the American Academy of Implant Dentistry, and the Bite Institute of Implant Dentistry. Additionally, Dr. Shah has advanced training in Orthodontics and the application of Invisalign clear aligners.

Dr.Shah is a Diplomate of the American Board of Oral Implantology (ABOI) and has been recognized as one of the leading worldwide experts in implant care. Certification by the ABOI attests that “To earn the title of Diplomate, Dr.Shah has demonstrated exceptional knowledge, experience, skills, and proficiency through rigorous written and oral assessments.”

Dr.Shah is one of the few dentists in British Columbia certified as a Level II sedation dentist, the highest sedation level for GPs. His journey in sedation dentistry began in 2013 at the University of Toronto, advancing further in 2018 in British Columbia. In his practice, he employs sophisticated IV sedation techniques and state-of-the-art monitoring equipment to ensure the comfort and safety of highly anxious patients.

Dr. Shah has maintained his commitment to excellence over the last 28 years; his focus on lifelong learning allows him to master the latest advancements in dentistry. Staying up to date with cutting-edge technology and digital dentistry is one of the pillars of his clinical practice.

He is a Fellow of the American Academy of Implant Dentistry, the Academy of Osseointegration, the Canadian Dental Association, the Vancouver Oral Implant Study Club, and the BITE Institute.

In his practice, Dr. Shah adheres to a philosophy of treating patients with the same care and consideration he extends to his family. His mission is to offer outstanding dental services in a gentle and caring manner.

Outside his professional life, Dr. Shah cherishes moments with his family, relishing travels and connecting with friends.

Dr. Bervelyn Oduro Aminadoki

DDS

Dr. Bervelyn Oduro Aminadoki is known for her calm, caring approach to dentistry. She takes time to listen to her patients and ensure they feel informed and at ease during every visit.

She grew up in Vernon, BC, and completed her Bachelor of Science degree with a major in Biochemistry at UBCO. Dr. Oduro went on to earn her Doctor of Medical Dentistry degree at UBC. She proudly served in the Canadian Armed Forces for six years, including three years as a Dental Officer, providing comprehensive dental care to service members.

Dr. Oduro remains committed to lifelong learning and regularly participates in continuing education courses and study clubs, with particular interests in restorative dentistry, endodontics, and oral surgery. She enjoys all aspects of dentistry and finds fulfillment in creating healthy, beautiful smiles for her patients.

Outside of dentistry, Dr. Oduro enjoys working out and drawing. She values spending time with family, traveling to different countries, and exploring new cuisines.
